2009 Annual Quilt Show
The 2009 show took place on 27th and 28th of June and represents the culmination of our quilting year. Here you will find all the quilts and general photos from this year's quilt show. Please note this is still a work in progress - so check back soon. Enjoy!
This year instead of getting judges, we decided to let our visitors make the choices. Our visitors therefore had three votes to cast. One for Best Challenge Quilt, one for Best Under 18 Quilt, one for Best Overall Quilt.

The "Best Overall Quilt" award this year went to Paula Doyle for her gorgeous "Crazy for Batik" quilt. Photo will be posted soon. |
The "Best Under 18s Quilt" award this year went to Jade Budd for her wonderful "Mermaid World" quilt. Another suberb winning quilt from Jade. Photo will be posted soon. |
This year challenge category was based on the Credit Crunch, each entrant was supplied the same square of red fabric that they had to use within their quilt. The winner of this years "Best Challenge Quilt" award went to Marianne Smith for her wonderful "Credit Crunch in Black and Red" quilt. Photo will be posted soon. |
